Our Story
How it started...
Lever & Bloom began as a small coffee van in Bloomsbury in 2015, driven by a passion for specialty coffee, handcrafted baking, and genuine hospitality.
Over the years, we have grown into three locations across London, while staying true to the values that inspired us from the very beginning: quality, craftsmanship, and community.
How it's going.
Every day, our team bakes fresh cinnamon buns, cardamom buns, cheesecake buns, and seasonal creations from scratch. Alongside our baking, we proudly serve specialty coffee and premium ceremonial-grade matcha, carefully prepared to deliver an exceptional experience in every cup.
As a family-run independent business, we believe great cafés are about more than food and drink. They are places where people connect, create memories, and feel at home.
